Refund policy

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (for example, special orders or personalized items).
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Withdrawal Right in the EU

If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right — regardless of the above — to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any specific reason.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they receive the product.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must notify us by email at info@hayfinity.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Please include your name, address, order number, and which products you wish to return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the condition of the item until it reaches us. The item should be well packaged and returned in its original packaging.


Claims (Reklamation)

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@hayfinity.com. Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and preferably a photo.

If the claim is approved, you will be compensated in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in the event of disputes. See www.arn.se.
